Video: Geerts crashes in Finland

After winning race one following a head to head duel with Tom Vialle to build a 23 point lead in the series, Jago Geerts crashed out of the lead in race two in Finland getting stuck under the bike and getting going in last before working his way into the top ten and the fastest rider on the track, only to crash with Mikkel Haarup and eventually come home seventh.

Geerts’ points lead is now down to 15 with two rounds left after Tom Vialle won the GP and he now heads to France next weekend with renewed momentum. Unbelievably, Geerts is racing a Belgian race tomorrow on their bank holiday Monday, making it three race days in a row, four days off, then another two day GP under maximum pressure with a title on the line at Vialle’s home race!
